The 9th International Conference on Civil Engineering and Urban Planning (CEU 2026) offers a premier global platform for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry experts to exchange knowledge, present innovations, and explore emerging challenges across the broad domains of civil engineering and urban development. As cities grow more complex and infrastructure systems face increasing demands from climate change, population growth, and technological transformation, CEU 2026 aims to highlight the latest advancements that are shaping the future of sustainable, resilient, and intelligent built environments.

The conference welcomes original research papers, technical developments, case studies, and state of the art reviews that contribute to theoretical foundations, methodological advancements, and practical applications. CEU 2026 places strong emphasis on work that demonstrates meaningful progress in structural engineering, geotechnical systems, environmental sustainability, transportation innovation, construction technologies, and smart urban planning.
Authors are invited to submit papers through the conference Submission System by Closed. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Civil Engineering and urban Planning: An International Journal (CiVEJ) series (Confirmed).
Selected papers from CEU 2026, after further revisions, will be published in the special issue of the following journal.

The Registration fee is 250 USD for accepted article Authors. Atleast one author of accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate.
